Incident Management Updates

New updates to our Incident Management feature!   Now you can turn on Incident Management on a customer-by-customer basis.

In case you didn’t know, Incident Management is the enforcement of status updates in chronological order.  For example, with Incident Management turned on, a load must be marked as picked up before it can be delivered.

To turn on Incident Management for a customer, go to the ‘Dispatch’ section of the Customer File.  Turning Incident Management on or off in the customer file will override your company settings.  Please refer to the screenshot below:

To turn on Incident Management for your company, go to the Dispatch Options of the Company Setup File.  See screenshot below.

This feature is ready now and there is no additional fee or requirement.

Pro tip: You can report on this data too.  There is a whole section of fields relating to incident management in Flash Reports!
