Aljex pricing is based on a monthly rate in which we bill quarterly. Your first payment is just for your first 3 months plus our set up fee of $1500. If someone from your company attends the five core Aljex training classes within 30 days from your set up training, we will refund $750 of the set up fee. All pricing on this page is for our hosted solution. This includes unlimited online training and support, unlimited data storage, triple redundant backups, feature enhancements and upgrades.

ARC (self dispatching rate confirmation via e-signature) -$.50 per shipment


Custom Vision Page – $200/month


Dedicated programmer – $19,166/month


E-Signatures – $0.25 per signed document  with a minimum monthly charge of $5.00


Faxing & Texting -$0.10 per transmission with a minimum monthly charge of $5.00


Inbound Faxing – $0.25 per fax plus $100 per month ($1000/year if paid in single payment by 12/31)


PC*Miler – Aljex pricing is a 1x setup fee of $1000, then $50/month thereafter. Please contact PC*Miler directly for an API license. You will be subject to PC*Miler fees in addition to Aljex fees.


ProMiles – $480/year


Scanning/Document imaging – $12 per user per month with a minimum charge of $125/month
