Images can be saved by Pro #, by customer, or by vendor. Additionally, these images can be saved in different categories within these three groups. For example, in the Vendor File you can create categories such as insurance, authority, agreement, and other.

Why Use a Scanner- Scanned information is available throughout Aljex Software so that it may be searched, viewed, faxed, or printed in a fraction of the time it takes to search through a filing cabinet. By using a scanner you may index all paperwork within the system, get rid of your filing cabinets, and give your employees more time to focus on profitable tasks.

Save Money- Unlike printers and fax machines, scanners do not use ink. Ink and toner cartridges are expensive consumable items. By using a scanner with Aljex Software, you may view, email, or fax scanned information at any time without using one sheet of paper.
